The police gave this information on Saturday (January 21). Circle Officer (City) Veer Singh said that the police have registered the case in response to the complaint of Sarvendra Vikram Singh, a resident of Bahauddinpur village under Gosaiganj police station area of ​​Sultanpur district.

Sarvendra Vikram Singh said in the complaint that he had come to Fatehpur on January 25, 2021 for some work. Where he met a person named Ramchandra, a resident of Sujarhi village of Khaga Kotwali. Who told him that Prayagraj’s Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS) is giving money on adopting Christianity and it will also bear the ongoing expenses for his family.

Lal, Vice Chancellor RB Lal, his son Dr. Jonathan Lal, Ajay Lawrence, Spokesperson Ramakant Dubey, SB Lal, Stephen Pass, Derrick Dennis, Ramchandra, Pastor of Deviganj Church, besides 10 named, case against 50 unknowns under Sections of Conversion Act Has been recorded.

The police officer said, “Sarvendra had converted from Hinduism to Christianity. After that he again converted to Hinduism and then after realizing his mistake lodged a complaint with the police.”
