Ex Judge RS Sodhi On Collegium: For the past few months, differences have been going on between the Central Government and the Supreme Court regarding the collegium system related to the appointment of judges. Speaking to NDTV, the former judge said, “I thank the law minister for raising this issue, but I am not a political person.” He said, “It is my personal opinion that the collegium system is unconstitutional. I should not have fired with a gun on my shoulder.”

Those who say that this system is unconstitutional, they can talk about amending the constitution.
