Kathmandu: The Nepse index has declined by 37.27 points on Sunday, the first day of trading. The index has stood at 1931.11 points as the double digit decline of Nepse. The Sensitive Index fell 7 points to 373.85.
Today, 36 lakh 66 thousand 891 shares of 223 companies were bought and sold at a price of 1 billion 134 million 91 thousand 212 rupees.

The share price of Andhikhola MFI alone rose by 9.99 percent in the double-digit decline.

River Falls Power fell 9.56 percent and Balefi Hydro Power fell 9.56 percent.

The indices of all the 13 groups traded today have declined.

Hydropower fell the most at 3.85 percent.

Similarly, prices of Development Bank, Finance and Adarsh ​​Group declined by 3 percent. Investment Bank fell 2.27 percent, while Life Insurance, Microfinance, Non-Life Insurance, Hotels and Tourism fell 1 percent.

On this day, Nepal Telecom topped the list in terms of transaction amount. Shares of Telecom worth Rs. 102.8 million were traded. Similarly, NCC Bank came second with a turnover of over Rs 40 million.
