‘Sharif is roaming around with a begging bowl, no 1 paisa…’, Imran Khan’s target on Pakistan’s PM

Imran Khan Slams Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif: Pakistan’s ousted Prime Minister Imran Khan said on Sunday (January 22) that PM Shehbaz Sharif is traveling to different countries across the world with a ‘begging bowl’, but none of them is giving him a single penny. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) party chairman Imran Khan said in an interview with a news channel, “Look what this imported government has done to Pakistan.”

‘Sharif begging for talks with India’

Khan referred to the Prime Minister’s recent interview to a media organization of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), in which he expressed his desire to hold talks with India. “Sharif is begging India for talks, but New Delhi is asking him to end terrorism first (then it can consider talking to Pakistan),” he said. While commenting, India had said that it always wanted normal neighborly relations with Pakistan, but for such relations there should be an atmosphere free from terror and violence.

Khan’s comments came weeks after Sharif’s two-day visit to the United Arab Emirates, during which the Gulf emirate agreed to extend an existing line of credit of $2 billion and an additional line of credit of $1 billion to meet its fast-depleting foreign exchange reserves. Pakistan, which is facing financial crisis between the reserves, can be helped in dealing with the economic crisis.

Imran again accused these people for the murderous attack

The 70-year-old Khan further said that he was 100 per cent sure that Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and Major-General Faisal Naseer, head of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI’s counter-intelligence wing, were behind the assassination attempt. He said, “Now I am 100 per cent sure that Shahbaz and the other two whom I had named in the FIR, which could not be registered, conspired to kill me. It was a perfect conspiracy as three trained sharpshooters were sent to kill me, but it was the will of the almighty that I survived.” Khan was killed on November 3 last year in Punjab province (about 150 km from Lahore). Three bullets were fired during his party’s rally in Wazirabad area.

Regarding Pak military establishment Imran Khan said this

Asked whether the military establishment has become neutral after the retirement of Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Khan said, “No, the military establishment is still not neutral.” Khan accused the military establishment of past mistakes. Told to learn and stay away from politics.

Khan warned, “If the army continues to interfere in politics and free and fair elections are not held, there will be disorder and anarchy in the country, which no one could have imagined.”
