According to the Meteorological Department, there was an outbreak of cold wave in some areas of South Haryana, East Rajasthan, North Madhya Pradesh and Bihar.
The Meteorological Department says that the Western Disturbance is very likely to move eastwards gradually and move along with high moisture content from the Arabian Sea mainly over Northwest India during January 23 to 27. There is a possibility of light hailstorm in Jammu-Kashmir, Ladakh, Gilgit, Baltistan-Muzaffarabad, Himachal Pradesh on 23 and 24 January. At the same time, on January 24, there may be hailstorm in Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh.

According to the Meteorological Department, rain will be seen in Delhi between 23 and 26 January. In the capital today i.e. on January 21, the minimum temperature is expected to be 10 degrees and the maximum temperature is 23 degrees. No significant change in temperature will be recorded on January 22 as well. At the same time, on January 23 and 24, it will be cloudy and light rain will be seen. On January 26, the maximum temperature can reach 21 degrees.
