Arjun- India’s Arjun tank is a third generation war tank. It has been designed for the Indian Army with the help of the Combat Vehicles Research and Development Establishment of the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO). Work on the design began in 1986 and was completed in 1996. In 2004, the Indian Army accepted the Arjun Main Battle Tank into service. The Arjun was originally awarded to the 43rd Armored Regiment, which was raised in 2009.
Challenger 2- Challenger 2 is a special war tank of the British Army and the Royal Army of Oman. This is a tank based on the Challenger 1 tank. It is designed and manufactured by the British Vickers Defense Systems (now BAE Systems). The Challenger 2’s capabilities were demonstrated during combat deployments to Bosnia, Kosovo and Iraq, where it was described as the world’s most reliable main battle tank. The Challenger 2’s primary weapon is a 120mm L30 CHARM (CHallenger main ARMament) cannon, while complementary weapons include a C-axial 7.62mm chain cannon and a turret-mounted 7.62mm machine gun.
VT4 MBT- This war tank is a third generation tank of China, designed and manufactured primarily for export markets by China North Industries Corporation (Norinco). The Royal Thai Army first used the tank in 2017. The Khaas War battle tank is equipped with a 125 mm smooth bore gun, which can fire APFSDS rounds, HEAT warheads, artillery and guided missiles. A remotely controlled 12.7 mm anti-aircraft machine gun and a 7.62 mm coaxial machine gun form part of the secondary armament.
