Officials say that lovers of coarse grains will be able to fulfill their food cravings at Bajra Cafe. Apart from this, they will also get other products to eat here.
These dishes will be available
Officials say that Kodo, Kutki, Millet Cafe started in the premises , Dishes of products made from ragi will also be prepared. Apart from this, idli, dosa, poha, upma, bhajiya, kheer, halwa, malt, cookies made from small grain crops will also be made. The traditional dishes of Chhattisgarh are also very famous among the common people. Other states and foreigners also like him a lot. Traditional dishes of Chhattisgarh Khurmi, Arsa, Chakoli, Sevai, Pidhiya will also be served to the people.
Government preparing to open other places as well
According to the officials, the Bajra Cafe has been created to create awareness among the common people about the small grain crops. Common people will be able to prepare it at home level also by knowing its benefits and test. This will be the country’s first millet cafe operated at the level of Agricultural University. Krishi Vigyan Kendra Raipur will run this cafe. The help of women self-help groups has been taken in preparing the dishes. This is also an experiment in a way. If the results of this cafe are better here, then such cafes will be opened in other places of the state as well.
