The merits of cornice
The cornice contains magnesium, fiber, iron, phosphorus, carotene, protein, carbohydrates, calcium, vitamins, riboflavin, thiamin etc. Kangni is said to be extremely beneficial for pregnant women and children.

Due to its regular intake, joint pain, arthritis, swelling as well as digestion problems can also be removed. The proteins and iron present in the eaves cure anaemia. The antioxidants present in it can also reduce the risk of fatal diseases like stress and cancer.

How to eat Kangni
Kangni is consumed just like wheat and rice. Apart from roti, paratha, kheer, porridge, you can also make snacks from it. Soak it for 6 hours in advance before making any dishes from Kangni, so that its texture becomes correct.
