3-4 tbsp grated jaggery
1 teaspoon tea leaves
4 pods of cardamom
1 tsp fennel
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 cup milk

Method for making jaggery tea:

step 1-

Heat 1 cup of water in a non stick pan. Add cardamom, fennel, crushed black pepper and tea leaves and boil them all.

Step 2-

Now add milk to it.

Step 3-

Put jaggery in a vessel and filter it in the prepared tea mixture.

Step 4-

If you want, you can make this tea without milk also, due to which the calories of this tea will be reduced further and it will be more healthy for you.
